Yeah, they weren't great and the Wharton masterclass never happened. We did play them at the right time, they were a bit meh all over.

I thought when they had 11 they looked very organised very difficult to play through and when attacking cut through us a few times.

I think Palace are in a lot of trouble - the retirement / boycott / whatever of the Ultras seems to have killed the atmosphere which I felt has really helped them over the last few years. If I was the manager I would be begging them to come back otherwise I feel they will be in for a very long season - add to that having to play Thursdays with a squad that looks very thin
