Away Fans Allocation 14:40 - Sep 13 with 1100 views

Does anyone know if clubs can somehow circumvent the rules that they have to give 3000 or 10% of tickets to away fans? Just watching Cov on TV and just like in their other home game this season it looks like it’s the same 2000 allocation from the championship yet their ground holds more than Portman Road?
Police advise perhaps?
If it can be lowered that easily then I’m surprised more clubs don’t do it

I thought the same at first, but then I realised that the away section wraps around behind the goal much further than it did for our recent visits.
