Scanning through the OinkUn, there seems to be an undercurrent of 'Sack Clements' discussion. How long has that been going on?
He's done a decent enough job for them surely given the squad they've got, having lost Sargent and the Zorro looking fella and replaced them with League 1 players. Saved them from relegation last season, but I guess they were expecting more this season.
If they're really thinking about sacking him, to be honest I think they're mad. All rivalries aside, it really does seem that they can't come to grips with having regressed to their standard lower half second tier position and not being a yo-yo club any more.
One post I read on their said that their US brewing company owner has loaned them money rather than invested it. I suppose if he wants out, there's not enough there for him to make asset stripping worthwhile, and they're not an attractive proposition to a new owner.
