So happy for them both - they are so clearly well suited, but these milestones in life do make you pause and reflect on how swiftly the years pass. I never had kids (no regrets) but I often take the time to appreciate how swiftly life moves, and how important it is to pause and appreciate genuinely good times, as fleeting as they sometimes can be.

I’d try a bit of Carpe Diem action and it’s great advice … but I’m always too tired when I should be doing it .. mentally, as well as physically.. which makes it feel worse 😉.
