With hindsight possibly my favourite player of last season.
He wasnt the best or the most talented, and he was sometimes infuriating with his finishing, but I don't think anyone worked as hard as him last season. Never say die attitude and with a smile on his face the whole time.
99% of players would have won that header at Saints and then stood back to inspect their handiwork. Not Ivan. Fought to win his own second ball, Burns scores, and without that moment we are probably playing Lincoln and Bolton rather than Man City, Liverpool and Arsenal.

Not every player is destined to be a world beater, it's simply not possible. Buy many fans at many clubs will always have time for someone like IA who never stops running, is 100% committed and leaves nothing out on the pitch. There may be quite a number of more talented players out there, but some of them would be even better if they adopted some of his attitude.
