Mine wasn't great either. This week I used the website rather than the app, and despite the rather "juddery" video, I was able to open a fresh tab and had BBC Suffolk commentary. An indication of the "staccato" nature of the broadcast was that the audio at the start had about a 30 second lag, by the end it was 30 seconds in front
