Beautiful right foot finishes. Do we get too hung up about which side people play? |
Taricco was oddly more effective being played on the left than the right. He was an outstanding left back, but merely a pretty good right back.
I guess he was stuck on the "wrong" side as a youth one day, and did ok, and played there so much it became natural to him.
Thinking about it ... I can't remember an interview with him where he answered this question, although it must have been asked. |  |
