People always want someone to blame. It's just a tragic accident and the warning sign that was already there (plus using your brain) was enough IMO.

While I agree that stupidity was the primary cause of death, it also seems clear that the railway could have done more to prevent such an accident from occurring. They had already identified it as a hazard and done nothing to prevent it, despite knowing that they needed to.
