They should agree, but say the clubs need to pay back the TV money from this season too, so £100m+ and they have a deal. We might see them go very quiet...

Fat cats will be alright. Meanwhile the little clubs like Port Vale, Scunthorpe etc will go to the wall (as will many local businesses). The Premier Clubs should agree to pass on their proportion of revenue to the lower league clubs in an enhanced solidarity payment. Altruism on a large and small scale is important right now.
Perhaps the answer is that this season does not count but everyone starts next season with a points bonus or deficit depending on how far above or below the average they are.
