Interesting.

I think from his writing that as well as a possible issue with regards to the cultural aspect the real issue are that people don't really have a choice to isolate which is something you've alluded to previously.

I see India have cordoned off parts of the largest slum in Asia:

Social distancing just isn't an option in places like that.
