It's a great day, my Father would have been 80 today, big Town fan...
I'll share this as it's a footy forum, when he was 18 he was offered a contract with Kidderminster Harriers who were then in the football league, but instead he decided to take a job with British Sugar, the pay was exactly the same, but he just thought he'd have a better future with British Sugar......then he moved to Ipswich (with BS)and Town became his team all through the Ramsey/Robson years....thankfully :)

Didn't realise that Kidderminster were in the league as long ago as that? I thought they only got promoted early 2000's (after ground safety compliance issues).
