Was listening to a story on this last night.
They are in a much worse position than the UK though at the moment, they shouldn't really be opening up but Putin needs the politicians back at work to vote through his dictatorship bill (another 2 terms allowed as president) before it's too late.
They were late to take action as Putin passed off all C19 deaths as pneumonia and now it would seem to early to open up. Guess we will see.
