Would have learnt a lot from today, a lot more work done today without the ball. Inevitably out of possession a 4-3-3 reverts to a 4-1-4-1.
Seen both sides to our game this week, a lot more work with the ball against Col U, a lot more without today.
A little bit of nerves maybe early on, first 2 goals were self inflicted with giving the ball away but that will happen from time to time, and playing against one of Europe’s big clubs you naturally will get punished with their quality. We won’t be playing Tottenham calibre teams every week.
Again some moments where we were clearly trying to build an identity and style of play with the ball, and some good individual performances in both half’s: Toto, Woolf, KVY, Dobra, Bishop, Ndaba, Downes were all good.
Again you see how much of a downgrade there is when Donacien and Kenlock come in to the side.
Another good workout today on 18:24 - Aug 22 by TheTrueBlue1878
Not for me.
Janoi is ok, but will not offer you the same as KVY, Kenlock had a poor game.
Well I mean OBVIOUSLY Janoi will not offer you the same as KVY. KVY looked class. Not sure anyone suggested otherwise.
Can't agree that Kenlock had a poor game. He twisted and turned away from Spurs players a few times, mostly passed well, and was part of a back 4 that kept a clean sheet against Prem opposition. And I'm someone who normally doesn't rate Kenlock.
