He honestly has no idea. He once congratulated the new A&E at Newmarket that has never and doesn't exist. A forgivable gaffe if it wasn't 10 miles from his house, in his constituency whilst being the health secretary.

There was an A&E at Newmarket Hospital, but that was about 40 years ago.
