Just watched this, a nice uplifting documentary for a Sunday afternoon.

Someone started a thread on it last week which I know prompted me and a few others to watch it.

As others say, it's not like we don't already know as such, but the film really punches it home doesn't it.

Being constantly tracked and profiled the way the programme showed makes for uncomfortable viewing.

As for the targeted influencing, it's dangerous stuff.

It is what won both the referendum and the US election of 2016.

Where you can be monitored for your response to certain words, phrases and thoughts so the message can be tailored to your view on things.

The information then does not need to be honest or truthful, and without it being put out into the wider world will not be challenged - which explains some of the weird and totally dishonest stuff voters have been regularly heard to spout.
