- Booked a flight 8 months ago. - KLM cancelled it 6 months ago. - KLM refused to give me a refund on my original method of payment. - I refused their voucher - I issued a chargeback through Monzo. - KLM took their full 3 months and then disputed my evidence. - This meant MasterCard had a further 3 months to make a decision - Today they ruled in my favour and I was credited to full amount of money.
