Some interesting stuff in there

No U18s can be signed from other EU countries now - not been clarification on whether that includes Ireland as yet, and whether pre-existing arrangements override that.

We have brought over a few players from France in recent years (including El Mizouni) and Scandinavia a few years back, obviously a number of Irish boys as well.

There are also effecitively work permits for european players, which at the top level is fine but from where clubs at this tier would be signing from is going to be next to impossible to accrue enough points

It even works for managers too, Farke wouldn't have been able to be appointed by Norwich as he hadn't managed in a top league for 2 seasons.

It's a massive shake up, some interesting stuff in there

Strikes me as one of those things that will come back to bite us - the other top European leagues are going to be thrilled we will stop poaching their 16 year olds.
