I won't bore you all the time with my running updates but... 16:10 - Feb 12 with 515 viewsBluefish

You may have remembered I talked about my 1 run last Friday having had lots of knee ops and still not being in a great way. I managed 2.1 miles with 0.1 being walking

Well since then I did 3.75 on Monday with again about 0.1 of walking then 3.75 on Wednesday with a few walking parts

Today I did 4 miles with no walking. I have no idea about my knee, it feels awful for 0.3 miles each time but then eases up and I soon forget about it.

I am not a natural runner but I have done a marathon and some half ones. It just feels great to be be out having a distraction and doing something I didn't expect to be possible.

Turns out my running watch from 2009 is now out of date so trying to decide whether to shell out on a new one and risking my knee giving up again.

Cheers all

Could you see to it that you don't bore us at any time with running updates?

Although, this is an upgrade on golf, NFL and cycling.

I'm one of the people who was blamed for getting Paul Cook sacked. PM for the full post.

What would you like instead? My dinner plans or drinking plans?

Greek takeaway tonight.

Couple of beers. Probably a Loch lomond bravehop followed by a doom bar

Wine. Either rioja or Marlborough sauvignon blanc depending on which colour I fancy

Finished with a couple of gins
