Can only hope Evans leaves quickly. Cannot bear another Evans management appointment. Massive row. Suspect Lambert told him the truth and he didn’t like it. At least Lambert left with a couple of good wins!!

This is the thing, there is only a point in ME appointing a permanent manager if it is the one the new consortium wants or if the takeover is nowhere near happening.

It will be interesting to see whether it is Cook or a caretaker until the takeover is done.
