The main reason i'm a firm believer in this being the main task over the next month or so, is we all are aware, we're at that stage again where the club needs a complete turnover of it;s playing staff.
Usually it's a handful of players, but we're at a point where i'd say 90% of it's squad isn't at the level required for ITFC to succeed.
Now I can't imagine we can go shopping for alot of players, so it's careful, considered purchases PC needs to make
If he can utilise 25% of the squad and add to it, I'd be really happy, but imo for him to be able to do that, he really needs to see what he has and doesn't have at this football club. Which by the sounds of it, he is getting to know with each passing week.
It's going to be a painful couple of months. But I just hope PC gets the support he needs have a proper sort out of this squad, where others have failed and added to the dross.
M.E it doesn't need to be millions, but don't let PC miss out on his targets, as for once, you may actually have a manager who since Mick, can spot a player. |  |
