Season Ticket question 14:17 - May 19 with 706 views

I pay on Direct Debit - will this be just automatically renewed with the compensation taken off it? Or do I need to go into the ITFC site and go through all the stuff to buy one?

Yes = The season ticket/DD automatically renews

No = You had to select 1 of 3 options re the refund and one of those was use the refund against the season ticket.
If you didn't select an option it defaulted to the option of not requesting the refund and letting the club retain it

Yes I did ask for the refund against the season ticket, so hope that's all now and will confirmation of the first payment sometime in June. Thanks for your help!

I chose to have the refund taken off next seasons ticket. Im guessing that's proof enough that I wish to renew.
