Those challenges should still be allowed, football has certainly lost something when perfectly good tackles are penalised, so well done the referee in allowing that to go. Greizmann won the ball first and then the Portuguese player has gone over him. If UEFA or FIFA can show me any player that can immediately stop their body moving after they’ve made a perfectly timed tackle then Newton’s Laws of Physics will need looking at.
