Anyone done a survey to highlight other managers working without an assistant . I was not worried that Paul seemed happy working on his own until the sub's debacle against Wimbledon that seemed to help them score late on .
What about the clubs with a "First Team Coach" rather than a "Manager", do they all have assistants?
Not disagreeing with your second part, tho.
Pretty sure even the first team coach has an assistant. Really not sure why Cook doesn't feel the need. Can see him getting someone with experience soon.
