We all like to see the full backs bombing on, throwing players forwards and scoring 3/4 goals but the reality is we have such talent in that front 4 that if we can be solid, resolute, and defend properly we will win the majority of games we play.
Was a real back to basics performance today from the back 6 players and I'm pleased we showed we can do that, it's what's been needed all season so far. Perhaps Morsy coming in will allow us to play a bit more expansively but we don't need to be gung-ho to win games. |  | | |  |

I only listened on the radio.. but the number from errors from Evans sounded significant
Morsy is going to really change our soliidity.. game changing perhaps
Add as you say add that front 4 into the mix and its exciting
As I said on another thread having the 2 x 11 is huge... burns is carrying an injury, fraser seems to get knocks, bonne may drop out of form... but you have aluko, chaplin, celina, norwood, piggot... fricking Edwards!!!
the negative though is that this league is tricky... bolton mate said rotherham were good today.. wigan are flying, sunderland strong... automatic very very hard.. play offs a lottery |  |

There aren't any gimmes and there will continue to be shock results every week. All those teams will have rough patches. We've just got to concentrate on ourselves. | | | |
