FT Summary 17:03 - Dec 11 with 326 viewschrismakin

We;ve got a squad that can do things, but needs some help in the Jan window and some serious discussions to be had behind the scenes.

We know what Norwood brings as a striker, but off the pitch he's not popular, sort this out and there's one problem sorted

Our midfield 2, can't be Morsy and Evans, it needs splitting, Morsy with Fraser, or Evans with Idris? I don't know but the 2 together just doesn't add anything on the ball together

Edwards, you know what I think, off the ball he's helpful and on the ball his runs create spaces for others, but he's just so useless with the ball, LW is our worst position and needs sorting asap as it's our worst position

LB spot, not sure why we started again with Donacien LB, much better 2nd half as made more sense, I know john is caretaking, but this Donacien LB just doesn't work, so stop doing it. LB is something again we need to look at

CB's were fine today, nothing wrong with them, nor Walton

So strikers, Norwood did more in his spell than Bonne and Pigott did in their whole game time, they need to do more without a doubt

Chaplin, showed he can't play the wide role, if Burns isn't going to be fit enough, we need another right sided player

January... I'd recall Dobra, I think he would enjoy the players around him, I'd trust him more than I would Edwards to do some damage with the ball itself

If possible, i'd recall Simpson, he's on a high, his power could work really well,

Formation, I don't know our best, but if you split the midfield up as I Say above, the 4 4 2 will work if you sort out the positions i mention above. Simpson and Norwood would be a tough battle for any back four.

For me, we need to sort the LB, LW and RW positions.
