Doesn't sound like the best attitude does it or am I reading that wrong. Good luck to him.

He enjoyed and was allowed to control games last season. He created goals. He started phases of plays In the final third. Here he was a bit part, and it doesn't matter how good he is. He was never going to be that player for us when we've brought in players like Morsy. Celina. Chaplin. Shame as he's got something those above just don't have, natural ball playing abilities, no he's not the fastest, but he knows how to find a man. Weight of pass is the best I've seen at town for many years etc and he finds that simple pass better than all others.

Fraser on 16:24 - Feb 3 with 448 views | Romeo4 | It’s a shame as I think he’s a quality footballer. Could come back to haunt us. However there’s never really been a natural position in the side to accommodate him effectively. He’s not a holding midfielder, nor a natural number 10 or wide man and he’s certainly not a box-to-boxer either. He’s probably right that he needs to be the main man and have the team set up to suit his ball playing strengths. Couldn’t see that happening here. Good luck to him. No hard feelings.
