Hammers tonight 14:26 - Jul 12 with 1029 views | STYG | Fabianski, Downes, Antonio, Fornals, Cresswell, Zouma and then a load of fringe players and youths. Quite a few I recognise from the Pizza Cup. Definitely a much bigger chance now of us putting on a decent display.

Seems odd really as they have six big name players playing in their other match tonight and then a load of fringe players and reserves there too. Diop, Benrahma, Randolph etc playing. I'd say probably 10 of their best 24 players are missing across both squads. No Bowen or Zinchenko, so they seem to have presumably rested all those involved in the Nations Cup from what I can see, so certainly a much weaker side than I'd feared. I'd assumed they'd have a full squad and we'd get 16 of them with the other 8 going to Boreham Wood and then some kids mixed in. Looks like we've got a team that's a mix of Premier League, Championship, League One and League Two quality at the moment which gives us a much better chance.

Yes their argubaly best 4 players (Rice, Bowen, Soucek and Coufal) all returned to training yesterday with any other internationals. I find it strange that some of the first team players are at Boreham Wood, presuming Moyes will be at Portman Road. I presume you mean Yarmolenko rather than Zinchenko, but he's been released anyway.

Apart from the fact that we don’t work in the same way as those dark days of signing a player because of a good performance against us.
