November fixtures 11:33 - Jul 31 with 870 viewsDublinblu

Does anyone know why we only have 2 scheduled matches in November? We appear to have 7 in October and 5 in December. As far as I was aware the world Cup does not impact at all on EFL League 1&2

Have I missed something?

To be fair, we normally play more than one game. We play a weakened team at home against a lower league northern team so we can have a nice long trip away on a Tuesday night.

We managed that twice last year.

EFL didn't want too many league games as that could leave a fixture pile up for any side with 3 Internationals. Jnlkkely but possible.

Yes, November is an absolute mess of competitions. It's going to make it difficult for anyone to maintain any sort of momentum with starting line-ups being chopped and changed.
