I like El Miz and hope he does really well. The challenge for him and a couple of the other younger players is that if we get promoted the required standard lifts again and we're likely to bring more talent into the squad to cope with that.

Unless he has an absolutely outstanding loan and develops significantly he's likely to stay behind the curve. Hopefully as a minimum he'll play his way to a good permanent move somewhere else.
