Should Chiltern not be running due to the strike (unconfirmed as of now), then a decent option is the Elizabeth Line out to Maidenhead, which is a 20 minute cab ride from Wycombe.

No indication that the Liz line won't be running.

As an RMT strike day it will be impacted by the signallers going on strike. You might be able to get there using that option but services generally finish by 18:30 on strike days.
