But I think there should be a rule imposed whereby all countries must have qualified for a previous World Cup before becoming eligible to host the tournament. They've had 12 years to prepare for this, yet they've barely crossed the halfway line so far. Embarassing.

Every penalty not given is justice for all the nonsense ones given, such as Ronaldo's yesterday. But that one for Qatar was pretty blatant.
