Morecambe wasn’t?
Firstly, I think today’s performance was better than Morecambe, as good as that was.
Secondly, we have a week’s break to recover from any niggles or knocks, rather than three days.
The early goal meant we didn’t have to worry about the low block and an edgy crowd; Forest Green played into our hands in many ways. But we can only play what is in front of us. I think Luongo and Broadhead are going to be key components going forward, and really hope we can get the former fully match fit.
MK Dons gave Wednesday a scare today but next week is must win. Let’s get two on a trot and start to build again. |  |
