Went and watched the women's team down at Haywards Heath this afternoon. A comfortable win spoilt by a truly awful and ineffective referee. Seemed unable to control the game. Gave decisions, which the players ignored, and then let the game continue. Did not speak to one player despite repeated and excessive fouls by Crawley team, and failed to give Town two stonewall penalties.

It was more than letting too much go. Imv, the ref was out of their depth and not in control of the game
It did not cost Town the win today, it did potentially effect their goal difference.
The women (of all the clubs in the division) deserve a better level of officials. | | | |
