Areas to buy
Striker Hirst or Armstrong
Attacking midfielder
Defender versatile and add to leadership team
Goalkeeper as back up

I think it only needs fine tweaking as it’ll compete well with the current squad, should it get promoted.

We should offer Hirst whatever it takes.
Out of your list, I’d keep Jackson, Ball, Hladky as players and recruit Aluko and Keogh as staff, due to their experience and work in other areas. Harness, I’m very 50/50.

Think we need one more cover for Morsy and Luongo.
