One for the cricketing types... 17:37 - May 2 with 644 views | Zx1988 | The wife and I have been planning to take our honeymoon in the Caribbean this winter, to coincide with the white ball series against the West Indies, with the details having been announced today: https://www.ecb.co.uk/england/men/news/3251134/england-mens-tour-of-the-caribbea We're probably going to go for a resort-based holiday on one of the four host islands, and take in the two matches whilst we're there. Having never been to the Caribbean before, let alone watched cricket out there, do any of you have any recommendations as to whether any of the four host islands would be a particularly stand-out choice?

I've been to Antigua but not to the cricket, nice Island but has more edge than Grenada. The other 3 islands will be bigger and more iconic venues Im jealous and I'm.sure you'll have a great time whichever you choose

Yeah, Grenada appeals to us from what we've heard, but there seem to be far fewer options for the accommodation side of things. Trinidad, sadly, seems to be a non-starter given that the majority of the resorts etc., would appear to be on Tobago. It'll most likely be between Antigua and Barbados given the better options for the rest of the stay on those islands.

That's without mentioning the 3 Ws - Weekes, Worrell and Walcott, Malcolm Marshall and that lovely Somerset cricketer Joel Garner plus one of the most under-estimated batsmen, Conrad Hunte and the seriously quick bowler, Wes Hall.
