Living in Cyprus I currently get every iFollow channel as part of my TV package including various club channels. Really not sure how this will effect me as presumably even if I don't have TownTV I will still be able to watch the "away" channel. Obviously I would prefer to pay ITFC and have the additional content but at present unsure how this will work. |  |

Like you say, you'll most likely be able to watch the away club's ifollow feed, with the exception of those going solo (Bristol City, for example). Can you get RobinsTV? |  | | |

According to Robins TV, these is what was available in the season just ended.
In line with supporters’ return to stadia and EFL regulations, eligibility groups for live video streaming have changed.
Non-televised Saturday 3pm KOs + Friday/Sunday games — Outside UK and Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man only
Non-televised midweek games — Worldwide
Bank Holiday and displaced weekend fixtures (i.e games moved from Saturday 3pm to midweek) for non-TV purposes will be streamed to a domestic audience at the discretion of the home club. These will be advertised accordingly as we go through the season.
Televised games — Not Available
Audio Commentary — Available worldwide
If there is not a pay-per-view match pass available in your territory for the game that you want to watch, then it is not available.

A VPN indicates that an annual video pass for Robins TV for last season, which is still showing as available, would have cost £170. But that cost will not cover televised games.

Derby away on iFollow this season , was using Rams TV , so you had their pundits upto kick off , at half time , then also after game analysis, I assume that’s how it will be with ours ? |  | | |

Highly doubt it. Plus I think there's an appearance fee for being on Sky over and above the shared deal which would probably outweigh any earnings through ifollow or the like. | | | |

It occurred to me that this quote from Ashton could be taken in more than one way.
TownTV's really important to a club like this because we do have a large overseas following and that's their view to the club
Is this a nudge nudge, wink wink statement on VPNs? With a home sellout or close likely for every game at Portman Rd next season surely selling passes to 'foreign' viewers is an extra income for the club that doesn't really have a down side? It also helps keep people not at the game involved and engaged. |  | | |
