Whilst I have absolutely no reason to believe McKenna is going anywhere for several more seasons I do think that an element of this contract extension is to protect the clubs interests whilst at the same time rewarding Kieran for a superb season just gone. Hopefull the trajectory of the club will continue on an upward curve. Eventual Mr. McKenna may go to pastures new, but being a shrewd cookie and knowing he has more to achieve before being considered a great manager he will put his all into gaining another promotion to the Holy Grail. This would not only be his aim, but that of Gamechanger also. | | | |
