It's a strange hypocrisy to me. I'm far from condoning it, but global capitalism thrives on companies gaining a competitive edge through unscrupulous behaviour, ignoring laws and environmental consequences.

Oh! - but when individuals outside the cosy club start gaining an advantage, well we can't have that can we?

For the record, I'm thoroughly anti both sides of that story.
