Thought it was a really good watch but yes agree on the anxiety. When I was younger I once swam a length and back of a pool with the cover on (which was idiotic but did give a bit of a rush - so weirdly there is something in the rush of it).
I like the simplicity and rawness if it but when you reflect so many completely pointless deaths. I can't understand why the safety guys don't just have those very lightweight oxygen handheld things for a few breaths for an energy etc. Or some unit to help them go fast for emergencies. Probably comes down to ego and keeping it dangerous. |  |

I think the oxygen would be an issue at a certain depth possibly with the pressure exerted on the lungs but just a little handheld one for closer to the surface where most of them seem to pass out.
On that last dive with what happened. For something like that surely just have a little handheld propeller 'seascooter'. Cost a few hundred quid....just binteason other than ego not to have one if something goes wrong. | |
