Watching on laptop… annoying you have to come out of the pre-match show and click a different link for the game. It’s really poor UX

I've watched the full hour of match build up no issues, no buffering just perfect. Now we've switched to the ground and it's been stuck for 3 minutes on the same picture!

I’ve paid £19 per month as an overseas fan but can’t now get into the game ( vpn usage) it just keep saying upgrade your subscription level ) the club have abreast taken £19 last Saturday !!!

I have a international subs of £170 and its telling me to buy a match pass
in my profile it admits I've paid for the year
but having to watch on phone

needs sorting out
a simple button at the top for live would be a start

Same for us. We gave up and are watching on Sky red button. A much clearer picture.

That’s the last time we waste £10.
