fed up tonight 08:33 - Nov 15 with 1608 views

I had a couple of outlook e mails saying did I access my account from Venezuela last night and Vietnam this morning? thought they were spam. then went on facebook to find my account has been disabled due to content.
Spent several hours trying to get this reversed but no easy way to notify them it seems ?
Any ideas?
