We've had what some people have described as a bit of a wobble in recent weeks, and we've won 3 and drawn two. Apart from an unfortunate batch of injuries, there's no reason we can't keep it up.

Burns and Williams coming back, and a hopeful return to Town form for Broadhead, combined with Taylor fully emerging… that makes us very strong.
Then you also have the hopeful real emergence of Axel.

Good to have Burns back in contention... I'm convinced he helps bring a bit more out of Chaplin and Hirst. Just think there is more of a connection, down to minutes played together.... Omari has done pretty well, though. But he's a really good bench option, being a bit more versatile than Burns. Williams back, is a massive plus, too..
I think when everyone is available, we've got a really decent 14-15 players..
Would still like a bit more strength in depth in CMF and CF positions, if we're going to keep playing the same, way, tactically, throughout the season..
Always feel like we've got a goal in us, though. Which is a nice contrast from past seasons, when you just knew there was no way back in some games, as early as the hour mark. And KM is a big reason for that. With his ability and "balls" to tweak things and go for it, if needed. |  | | |
