For me we only have ourselves to blame as we really should have been out of sight before rowe equalised. Result aside, i believe we were the better side but the ref made some atrocious decisions which benefited them on both of their goals. We will end this long winless streak sooner rather than later though 14 years since we last beat them, but in reality 9 of those years we didnt play them so really we need to remember this and in the 5 years we have played them, msjority of the games have been draws. Also, those games came under evans ownership and we are a different beast now to when we last played them, 3 pts in april will be lovely and hopefully push us to the verge of promotion which again will give us a further edge on them as they start losing any talent they do have to survive [Post edited 16 Dec 2023 18:31]

We'll beat them soon enough because we're a fantastic team and they are absolute pony. In the meantime, I'd personally rather focus on promotion and the insanely good season we're having.

If we don't beat them this season and we go up I don't think anyone would care. I think it bothered me more when it was a sign of how bad we had got and how good they'd become. Today, it was just a cracking match between two top half Championship teams. They seem more bothered by the 14 year thing. I think we're all more interested in the wider picture.

Even though they managed to get promoted to the PL , I don’t think I’d ever call them “ good”. They’ve been an embarrassment frankly every time they’ve been in the PL, rarely out of the bottom four. Brentford, BHA, Bournemouth to name but three have all faired better than them. You’re believing their self proclaimed hype!

Good for them I guess. It was bad timing for us that one of their best teams coincided with one of our worst.
