But.

They need to be subject to the highest standard of training (and regular review).

The incompetence of so many US police is astounding.

Them weren't rolls, them were doughnuts. Or donuts. Your American copper is a proper heavyweight when it comes to 'doing' grub whilst flamboyantly overreacting!

Not sure if the batteries were flat on all the squad cars at the end, because as far as I'm aware they're wired up so the blues and twos are going all the time?
