Agree. It’s a strange definition of bail they seem to have there too. I thought bail referred to money for freeing remand prisoners. He served 12 months in pre-trial detention where presumably bail was refused and just 1 month since being found guilty, so if he had been found innocent, he would have served one month less than he has as a convicted rapist.
