I paid about £2k for the replacement of a GRP porch roof last year, and when I asked the hive mind at the time they suggested that, if anything, it was possibly too cheap.
On that basis, £4k for a garage is perhaps the right ballpark. | |

Think my landlord paid somewhere between the two for the kitchen/bathroom roof last year. Involved stripping completely, re-boarding and the rubberised top layer (which is much better than the old felt and hot tar). |  |
