Makes me laugh cos they showed the clearance off the line in the first half about 10 times, even though the technology for the goal line is pretty spot on.

It doesn't matter. The automated system is always correct, but that doesn't rule out a Minority Report style twist.
The rule is actually stupid. It should actually be about getting an advantage. A toe or eyelash ahead in not an advantage.
