Stepping up to the Prem 11:51 - Jul 13 with 1021 viewsHciwspi

Ignoring the new signings who do you think, out of our squad, could step up? I will include Hutchinson as he was with us last season…

Hutchinson
Burns
Davis
Morsy
Woolfenden
Tuanzebe (based on experience)

Maybes…

Taylor (added)
Edmunson (added)
Broadhead
Chaplin
Burgess
Clarke
Hirst

Really not sure…

Walton (footwork)
Luongo

I’ll add more as I remember them! This is not a slight on the Maybes and the really not sures. I really hope they do.

A lot of people forgetting about Jack Taylor at the moment. I think he'll be immense in the prem

I agree, I think he's going to steal Massimo's role off him as the season progresses...last year was a case of if it's not broke don't fix it but I saw a lot I liked in his cameos.

Taylor more suited to premiership football.

Tall mobile aggressive decent range of passing and a great shot on him.

I hope that Hirst becomes a nailed on rather than a maybe but I think Burns may not get as much game time in the coming season. He had spells of looking a bit burnt out and succumbing to injuries he was carrying last term and I think he needs to be used more sparingly to get the best out of him at the higher level.

Poll: What was in Wes Burns' imaginary cup of tea ?
