One of the strangest moments i've seen there 18:58 - Nov 6 with 938 views

Martinez kicks it to Mings from a goal kick. Mings bends down and stops the ball with his hand and passes it back. Ref gives a penalty.

Edit: can only think because Martinez didn't kick it from the 6 yard box Mings passed it back so he could take it again.

Is it to do with it being a European match? I have only seen defenders doing that in this country and it always struck me as an odd thing to do.
