Remarkably Slicker looks like he will be have to be patient for a year or two before getting a full Scotland debut with forty something Craig Gordon showing a fair degree of competency against the team ranked eleventh by FIFA (although the sending off just before half time switched the game from being one of Scotland looking lively on the break to a comprehensive second half press.) I thought Hanley was OK in the first half as it happens but his substitution with McKenna coming on did improve the defence. Also, no Angus Gunn in to their squad this time. Need to keep that the case and hope that Hirst gets a call up to swing the numbers in our favour.
